Best Quarterbacks

If you want the best quarterback in CFB 26, Fernando Mendoza at Indiana is the 99 OVR answer. Dante Moore (Oregon) is the next best at 93, but the 6-point gap means there's only one tier-one quarterback this dynasty cycle. By rank 25 you're at 89 OVR (Behren Morton, Texas Tech) — that's the floor for an immediate-starter tier-one quarterback on a national-championship roster.

What the list says

The SEC owns this list with 6 of the top 25. If you're recruiting against the conference, you're recruiting against the position's deepest pool.

The class makeup is balanced: 10 seniors, 1 freshmen, and the rest in between. No senior cliff to plan around, but no obvious "build around them for four years" young anchor either.
