What do you want from your offense?
Top 10 of 86 playbooks with enough games to compare.
Total rushing and passing yards per game. Great for finding productive playbooks, but a busy offense can rack up yards without finishing drives.

Pick the problem you want your playbook to solve
Start with Tennessee or TCU if you want yards. Less than a yard per game separates them here. That's a reason to try both in practice, not crown one the runaway winner. Check which formations feel comfortable and which calls fit your quarterback.
Want chunk plays? Look at Boise State. It leads the 20-plus-yard rate, at roughly one in ten recorded attempts. That's a different question from total yardage: you're comparing how often a big gain happened, rather than how much the offense piled up all game.
Stalling out near the goal line? Give BYU a look. It leads both third-down conversions and red-zone TD rate among the qualifying playbooks. Take a few short-yardage and red-zone calls into practice before adding the whole playbook to your Dynasty.
What about wins per season?
Winning matters. But a loaded roster and an easier schedule can make a playbook look better than it is. The win-rate filter shows how teams using each playbook did in the games included here. It doesn't promise the same record when you switch.
We leave out games we couldn't reliably match, so a full-season win total would be misleading. Use win rate as a second opinion, then check third downs and red-zone finishing for a clearer idea of what happened on the field.

About these rankings
These are results from one CPU Dynasty over ten seasons, not a controlled test with equal rosters. Teams, opponents and coaches differ. We rank the actual playbook used in each game, with at least 100 team-games across five seasons to qualify. Some playbooks aren't represented enough to rank.
Only completed games with verified teams and scores are included. Incomplete games, uncertain FCS matches and an unidentified offensive playbook are left out. Rates combine their relevant attempts or opportunities, rather than averaging game percentages. Team scoring includes all points; big-play rates use recorded rushing and passing attempts, which don't always equal snaps.
This is a starting point for your own testing. Results can change with game updates, settings and the players on your roster.
