Build a playbook you'll actually use
A huge playbook won't help if you only trust three calls. Pick five you'd bring into a game and build from there.
Start with the kind of offense you like to run. Lean on the ground game, air it out, or mix the two. Then swap in the plays you want to learn and check how your book is taking shape.
Five calls. Your kind of offense.
2 runs · 2 passes · 3 formation sets
You have both run and pass calls to practice.

Make every spot in your playbook earn its place
Keep a dependable run, a pass you're comfortable reading, and a couple of calls you want to work on. You can choose from 13 sample plays here, but your starter holds five. If you add one, know when you'd call it.
Save your picks to keep them in Dynasty Central. When you're ready to build the book in CFB 27, use the formation and play names to add them in the game. Saving here doesn't change your in-game playbook.
A quick note on the numbers
We ran ten Dynasty seasons and combined results for the same play, formation, and set across playbooks. The diagrams come straight from the game. Averages use recorded yard-stat attempts, which aren't always the same as snaps. Coverage refers to the defensive call, not every adjustment after the snap. These results give you plays to try; they don't guarantee yards in your game.
The usage list ranks matched offensive plays by those attempts across all coverages. It measures CPU simulation usage, not popularity among human players. Different formations stay separate, and a goal-line run has a different job from a deep pass.
The play notes explain reads to practice, not why a measured average was high or low.
